Liquid biopsy analysis service with Agena MassARRAY®
The Agena MassARRAY® system offers liquid biopsy at a high sensitivity using small amount of input DNA. The UltraSEEK™ panels are able to detect 0.1% circulating tumor cells in a sample.
For tumor profiling several iPLEX HS panels are available. These detect clinically relevant variants at 1% frequency in a sample.
It is also possible to order custom made panels. These panels may be multiplexed to detect several mutations from any site simultaneously.
